Rates
We charge hourly for labour.
Hourly labour rates apply for :-
General plumbing maintenance
Any type of plumbing repair, including: water leaks, pipe blockages, pipe repairs, tap repairs, toilet repairs, silicone removal & reseal.
Item replacements
Kitchen appliances & small item replacements. These include: washing machines, dishwashers, integrated appliances, taps, water filters, stop taps, isolation valves, radiator valves, sink wastes, basin wastes, traps & connecting pipe work.
Estimates
Although we charge hourly for general plumbing maintenance, and item replacements, we are more than happy to provide an estimated cost for radiator work, central heating MagnaCleanse, kitchen sink replacements, bathroom basin replacements, toilet replacements, shower screens, and outside taps.
If you are requesting an estimate, please make sure to send one or two clear photos of the job, work area or issue to help explain your situation further. Without this information we will not be able to help.
Below you can find our general plumbing labour rates per hour.
Domestic Plumbing Rates
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 4:00pm - £50 ph
Monday to Friday - Out of hours* - £80 ph (from 5:30pm - 11:30pm**)
Saturday - 10:00am - 3:00pm - £70 ph
Saturday - Out of hours* - £120 ph (from 5:30pm - 11:30pm**)
Sunday's & Bank Holiday's - Closed
Hourly work rates are charged to the nearest half hour after the first hour, with a minimum 1-hour charge for any works undertaken.
If you wish to cancel or change your booking for any reason, please do so at least 1-hour before a plumber or engineer is due to arrive at the property.
A minimum charge of £20 applies for any site visit during weekdays, weekends, and out of hours.
* We only provide out of hours domestic plumbing services to the following areas: Barrs Court, Bitton, Crew's Hole, Emersons Green, Fishponds, Hanham, Kingswood, Longwell Green, North Common, Oldland Common, Redfield, Soundwell, Speedwell, St George, Staple Hill, Two Mile Hill, Warmley & Willsbridge.

Agency, Lettings, SME & Commercial properties
Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 4:00pm - £80 ph
